RPM hosted our annual Spring Training day, made even more impactful this year with a special visit from the New Jersey State Police DOT unit. They provided a detailed presentation on inspection standards, traffic laws, and what to expect during roadside stops, giving our team valuable insight into the “why” behind the regulations. Employees had the opportunity to ask questions in real time, helping clear up uncertainty and build confidence. The session left our team better prepared and more at ease, knowing how to handle inspections efficiently and professionally. We look forward to continuing this partnership and making it a key part of our training each year.
