Robert Miller

CEO & VISIONARY

Rob founded RPM over 20 years ago as a one-man team that has since grown into a multi-operational company. As the visionary, Rob helps orchestrate what RPM is and where we want to be in the future.

Lindsey Miller

BUSINESS PARTNER & DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Lindsey is both the co-owner and our Director of Finance. She keeps RPM running like a fine-oiled machine, and ensures that all payments are received, paid, and on track

Bryan Wright

DIRECTOR OF SERVICE DELIVERY

Bryan has been with RPM since 2012, working his way up from boots on the ground to our Director of Operations. He knows where our crews are heading, helps facilitate conversations with property managers, and is someone our crew trusts to guide them in the right direction.

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Chris Brown aka 'Brownie' joined our team with years of sales experience and industry connections. Bill White III

DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT/ESTIMATING

Bill joined our team as the Director of Project Management—which casts a wide net over our Estimating, Project Management, and Winter Risk Management needs. He is our expert on job cost and production rates. With Bill's guidance, we are able to best serve our clients with a fair price that reflects the RPM Way.

Frank Puteri

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE VISIONARY

Frank joined RPM in 2026 as Rob's Executive Assistant. Stepping in to help with email organization, meeting notes, and technical issues—Frank is the key asset to keeping things flowing in leadership.

Kelly Featheringill

DIRECTOR OF EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE

Kelly has been with RPM over 10 years. As Rob's "right-hand woman" she helps keep the flow between customers and operations, as well as maintains internal processes.

Nicole is our go-to Social Media girl. Between curating content, getting us out in the community at events, and making sure that our team has the best merch, she helps bring what we do behind the scenes to life for our audience.
